Four Factories, One Standard: Inside GruppoNueva's Manufacturing Ecosystem

Cosa Ceramics, Gryphon Ceramics, Nueva Mosaics and Flooret Ceramics — how four specialist units in Morbi operate as a single export ecosystem.

Four Factories, One Standard: Inside GruppoNueva's Manufacturing Ecosystem

GruppoNueva isn't a single factory pretending to offer variety — it's four purpose-built manufacturing units, each established to master one category, operating together in Morbi, Gujarat under one integrated export standard through GGCL.

Cosa Ceramics, established in 2010, produces big-format porcelain stoneware and remains the backbone of our production volume, contributing the bulk of our 36,000 sqm/day porcelain capacity. Gryphon Ceramics, opened in 2017, is dedicated entirely to ultra-compact sintered stone, running our SACMI Continua+ line at 10,000 pieces a day. Nueva Mosaics, launched in 2021, focuses on pressed and cut porcelain mosaics — a specialist, detail-heavy category that doesn't share equipment or workflow with large-format slab production. Flooret Ceramics India, operational since 2025, is our newest unit, built specifically for next-generation slab manufacturing as demand for larger formats keeps growing.

Specialisation gives each unit mastery of one category. Integration gives the customer one point of contact for all of them.

The reason this structure matters to an importer is straightforward: a specialist factory generally produces a better product than a generalist one, but working with four separate specialist factories directly would mean four separate relationships, four sets of documentation, and four shipping schedules to coordinate. GGCL exists precisely to remove that overhead — one export desk, one quality standard, one point of contact, regardless of which unit or combination of units a given order draws from.

It's this structure — specialised production, unified export — that lets us offer the full GruppoNueva range, from porcelain stoneware to sintered stone to mosaics, through a single relationship, backed by over 1,050 people working across the four units toward the same certification standards and the same zero-defect commitment.
